On the Amazon product description it states that it is CD for MS Office Professional- complete, it is actually a download! So why did I pay $3.99 for Shipping and Handling when it was an automatic email that was horribly vague and unhelpful. Follow up questions were also handled in a very poor fashion, had to ask three times to verify that it was download product. Asked several times for directions on how to download the software, how to burn a disk for backup, and how to load the office suite, never did get answers- finally they said they would just send me a disk, which is what I thought that I was ordering in the first place. I tried to download and it took 12 hours then abandoned the download.
The Amazon description is false! The seller Gamin4fun09 has horrible customer service. They supposedly are sending a disk to load the program, even if it works I am not happy with Amazon's handling this vendor at all, shouldn't they verify that a product is actually shipping to charge a shipping and handling fee??? I will give them this week but if not here and useable by Friday I will be going through the claims process, who knows what that looks like. Very disappointed in Amazon and this seller Gamin4fun09!
